I'm gonna be honest, for an E38 that clean with those options, I'd probably pay it. Maybe try to knock the price down a little bit.

I looked at the price and thought there must be an accidental extra digit in it, but reading the ad, if all that work's really been done I think it's reasonably good value. But it's basically a unique car, so I have no idea what it's really worth on the open market.

A fully restored/rebuilt 7 Series with all the goodies for $15k doesn't sound at all bad to me, though.

What events prompted replacement of the seats and the headliner? Why is it important to say it has two keys? The mileage is obviously since restoration - what caused a 13 year old car to require restoration? I'll stop now.

Only 10 keys max can be programmed to the ECU and its very expensive to program keys. My 5 has 4 keys - two regular keys, a valet key, and a chipped wallet key.
